Open Mind Generation / OMGEN

We are a group of humanitarian and development experts with different technical backgrounds and expertise and we would like to contribute with our knowledge to the development of the capacities of young professionals as well as to help them to address the needs in their communities.

Our team consists of trainers, managers, and administrators with thematic expertise in civil society strengthen- ing, youth empowerment, social work, and psychology.

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to provide equal access to opportunities for young people regardless of their social background.

We believe that by equipping young people with skills and providing them with opportunities, they can improve the lives of their communities.

Through science, sport, and art, we are helping the younger generation achieve their goals and create a better life for their peers and communities.

We work with young people to enhance their potential and advocate for their equal access to education opportunities.

We promote sports, art, and culture as tools for transformation and communication.

We collaborate with and support young scientists and researchers working in the humanitarian field.

Our programs promote the idea that no one will be left behind.

Children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds should receive equal access to the opportunities.

We support local initiatives to implement projects directly in their communities with the news skills and resources.
